1. Controller

Data collected via voteserveur.fr is processed to operate the platform (accounts, votes, reviews, boosts, support).

2. Data collected

• Account: email, username, password hash;
• Votes: timestamp, limited technical fingerprints (IP / device) for anti-fraud;
• Reviews / comments / reports / favorites;
• Payments: handled by Stripe (VoteServeur does not store card numbers);
• Newsletter / contact: email and message if you provide them;
• Technical and security logs (Cloudflare, server).

3. Purposes

Service delivery, vote fraud prevention, moderation, boost billing, support replies, aggregated statistics.

4. Legal bases

Contract performance (account / boost), legitimate interest (anti-bot security), consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies if any), legal obligations.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. Anti-fraud traces are time-limited. Contact messages may be archived for follow-up.

6. Recipients

Hosting provider, Cloudflare (proxy / WAF), Stripe (payments), strictly necessary technical processors. No sale of personal data.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability under GDPR. Contact: /contact.

8. Security

Reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, HttpOnly vote cookies, local image captcha, server hardening). No system is infallible.
