1. Paid services

VoteServeur offers featured placements (“spotlight”): up to 3 slots per game, with tiered pricing (slot 1 > slot 2 > slot 3). These are one-off purchases via Stripe Checkout (no Connect subscription described here).

2. Order and payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. The order is confirmed only after payment validation. A Stripe email/receipt is proof of purchase.

3. Activation

The boost is activated on the listing / ranking of the relevant game for the duration shown at purchase. If a technical delay occurs, unused time is rolled over or refunded as appropriate.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in euros (VAT included or excluded as stated on the offer page). VoteServeur may change prices for future orders.

5. Withdrawal / refund

Digital boost services that start immediately after payment may be excluded from withdrawal rights once performance has begun with your agreement. Technical refund requests are reviewed case by case via Contact.

6. Buyer obligations

The server listing must comply with the Terms of use. A server removed for fraud, illegal content or non-compliance may lose its boost without refund.

7. Disputes

In case of dispute, prefer amicable contact. Otherwise French law applies, competent courts of the publisher’s registered office (to be specified once the legal entity is finalized).
