1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of VoteServeur (voteserveur.fr), a listing and voting platform for online game servers.

2. User account

Some features (reviews, favorites, server management) require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others.

3. Votes and anti-fraud

Votes are subject to technical rules (captcha / human proof, HttpOnly one-shot cookies, IP / device limits). Bypass, abusive automation or fraudulent multi-accounts may lead to vote removal or account/server blocks.

4. Published content

You remain responsible for reviews, comments and descriptions you publish. Illegal, defamatory, hateful, spam or rights-infringing content is forbidden. VoteServeur may moderate or remove reported content.

5. Reports

The report form is used to flag a problematic server or content. Report abuse may be sanctioned.

6. Intellectual property

The VoteServeur brand, design, code and ranking databases belong to their owners. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. Maintenance or incidents may occur. VoteServeur aims for reasonable availability without absolute continuity guarantees.

8. Liability

VoteServeur does not host listed game servers and is not responsible for their content, availability or disputes between players and server staff.

9. Suspension

If these terms are breached, VoteServeur may suspend or delete an account, a server listing or related votes.
